I recently came across this wonderful video showing the amazing first reactions of someone with a cochlear implant.  Cochlear implants are for people who can not benefit from the use of a hearing aid.  This video shows how beautiful it can be to hear, a sense all too many of us take for granted. 

Please protect your hearing, it is so precious.  If you feel something is not right with yours, have it checked by an Audiologist today.  I happen to know of a really good one in Lafayette…
